Low pressure, Roots type “TRILOBE” Blowers

Blowers for up to 1 bar (g) discharge pressure and vacuum pumps down to 0.35 bar (a) pressure are available on request.
Scope of Supply :
Standard Blower Set Includes:
*Trilobe type, dry running “roots”blower with 3-lobed twin rotors.
*Suction air filter and silencer
*Discharge silencer
*Discharge Non-return valve
*Discharge pressure relief valve and pressure gauge
*Discharge flexible joint.
*Electric motor drive, foot mounted, IP55 enclosure
*V-belt drive complete, with motor and blower V-pulleys, belts and belt-guard.
*Fabricated steel extended baseplate to carry all above components.
Optional equipment: Acoustic enclosure (metal canopy with internal acoustic lining)
for noise reduction of up to 20 dBa.
